When I step into a training session for corporate professionals, I often see a mix of attitudes in the room. Some participants are eager and enthusiastic, clearly invested in the opportunity to learn and grow. Yet, many others sit quietly, attending because it’s part of their job requirement—another box to tick for mandatory training hours. This initial disinterest is something I’ve come to recognize and, more importantly, understand. What fascinates me is the transformation that happens during these sessions. Initially, the disengaged participants seem to think learning is something external—a chore they must endure.
